Rich will drive BWEV strategic operations and will connect Company performance with stakeholder interests, while building a culture of customer centric strategies that will enable employees and management to attain financial goals while striving to achieve 100% customer and employee satisfaction.
Past positions, successes and/or unique qualities: Mr. McNulty has served as Founder/CEO of Critical Peake Electrical Services from 2017-Present. Rich continues to grow CPS by strategically partnering with leading industry vendors, commercial property owners, portfolio property managers and government entities throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. CPS will be a key partner in ensuring BWEV’s EV installation success in the rapidly emerging EV Charging market.
With more than 30 years of executive leadership, Mr. McNulty has led some of the premier Electrical, Security and Low-Voltage organizations throughout the DMV including Kolb Electric, McLaughlin Electric, Eastern Home Solutions, AT&T Security and Dynamark Security.

Scott Schankweiler
PresidentKey Functional Areas Covered: Scott Schankweiler will lead BWEV’s day-to-day operations. Scott will recruit, train, and develop an elite team of EV professionals and develop a corporate culture driving individual responsibility and unrivaled success. Scott will negotiate national contracts with key customers and IP partners while overseeing the delivery, installation, and customer satisfaction metrics necessary to secure BWEV’s position as a leader in the emerging EV marketplace.
Past positions, successes and/or unique qualities: Scott Schankweiler has served as the President of Critical Peake Electrical Services for the past 5 years in Savage, Maryland. As a key member of the executive leadership team, Mr. Schankweiler has run the day-to-day operations and has grown the organization from 5-50 employees and from 6-600 customers. Scott is responsible for the continued development of key on-boards and the long-term success of this electrical installation and service organization.
Prior to Critical Peake, Scott with more than 30 years of experience in the Electrical, Security and Low Voltage field, Mr. Schankweiler possesses the critical technical skill sets necessary to facilitate growth, customer satisfaction and vendor management necessary to transition BWEV from a rapidly growing start-up to an industry leader in the coming years.
Mr. Schankweiler has extremely strong competitive roots in the highest levels of collegiate and professional athletics. After completing his studies at the University of Maryland in 1985, and leading his team to four consecutive bowl games, Scott went on to play in the NFL with for the Buffalo Bills. Scott took his competitive background to begin his career in Marketing, Sales, and Business Management. His background enables him to motivate and develop the team for a common cause. He will be critical for the success of BWEV, its employees, shareholders, and customers.
Educational background: Scott Schankweiler completed his Business Management studies at the University of Maryland in College Park, Maryland 1985.

Scott Swidersky
Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)Key Functional Areas Covered: Scott Swidersky will primarily be responsible for BWEV’s go to market strategies (GTM). Scott will develop a GTM strategy that will uniquely position BWEV as a top performer in the mid-Atlantic and markets beyond. Scott works closely with the client success team and BWEV Sales team to develop financial targets, marketing initiatives, manage sales org and develop key strategies for the organization. Scott will also be involved directly with the BWEV partners assisting with the evaluations and onboarding to ensure BWEV is continuously evaluating the market’s best IP partners.
Past positions, successes and/or unique qualities: For the past 6 years, Scott Swidersky has served as Vice President of the Intelligent Information Management (IIM) Practice, Konica Minolta Business Solutions, U.S.A., Inc. and President of its division Quality Associates, Inc. (QAI). As a member of the executive leadership team, Mr. Swidersky is involved in the overall management and direction of the organization.
With more than 25 years of experience in the IT field, Mr. Swidersky holds a deep understanding of integrated solutions and service-based organizations. He joined QAI in 1997 to launch the company’s Information Systems Division and Docpoint Solutions. The group provides comprehensive, customized software, services and solutions that support all aspects of knowledge and content management.
Under Mr. Swidersky’s leadership, the division quickly matured into a full-service systems integrator and value-added reseller (VAR). This same business model is closely aligned to the BWEV model. He also established the division as a proven, reliable partner to organizations requiring innovative solutions.
Educational background: Scott Swidersky maintains a Bachelor of Science degree from Jacksonville University.

Nick McNulty
Director, Client SuccessKey Functional Areas Covered: Nick McNulty is responsible for comprehensive customer satisfaction through the efforts of the Blue Whale Client Success team. He and his team work closely with customers to ensure they receive optimal services and products throughout the EV adoption process. Nick will continue to develop customer relationships and promote improvements to the overall BWEV sales and operations efforts. His team will ensure continued customer satisfaction, develop opportunities to expand services, and assist with client administrative compliance while providing a first-class experience throughout.
Past positions, successes and/or unique qualities: Prior to joining Blue Whale EV, Nick McNulty gathered applicable experience as an EV researcher, Whiting-Turner project engineer, and real estate agent with Coldwell Banker and Keller Williams. Over the past 6 years, Nick has found success in the Residential Real Estate industry, assisting clients as they navigate an increasingly challenging market.
Nick is highly culture focused and aims to provide logical, trusted advice and top-of-the-line service to BWEV customers from beginning to end of project. In 2018, he was one of the youngest leaders in the top Keller Williams brokerage in the country and used that success to grow his own personal business in 2021 when he joined Coldwell Banker.
Since joining the BWEV, Nick has applied his experience to amplify the Success team’s efforts and holds BWEV to a standard of excellence that ensures customer success.
Educational background: Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering & Management from Clarkson University

Cheryl Richardson
ControllerKey Functional Areas Covered: Leading the Finance team, Cheryl is responsible for the delivery of finance services, such as accounting, system implementation, treasury, reporting, budgeting, and insurance management. Cheryl ensures BWEV finances are in accordance with legislative requirements and organizational policies and strategies.
Cheryl supervises the accounting and administrative staff in areas including, but not limited to: reporting, human resources, banking, accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, debt collection, grant applications, insurance management, fleet management, vendor credentialing, and licensing.
Past positions, successes and/or unique qualities: Cheryl brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her position at Blue Whale EV. Prior to joining the BWEV team, Cheryl has successfully grown with Critical Peake Services as a Controller. She also gained important and relevant experiences working with OmegaCor Technologies, Lax World Inc & Lax World Annapolis, Espire Communications, Prudential Real Estate, Merrill Lynch Reality, and Koons Ford Annapolis previously.
Educational background: Cheryl attended Anne Arundel Community College in 1983 where she obtained an Associate of Arts Degree in Financial Accounting.
